Key Talent Acquisition Specialist

The role entails leading the recruitment process for key positions within an organization, ensuring that the right talent is onboarded to drive business growth. This includes developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent gaps, and leveraging various recruitment channels to attract top candidates.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field;
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience as a recruiting manager, with a proven track record of successful talent acquisition and development;
Responsibilities
  1. Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business objectives;
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify key talent requirements and develop targeted job descriptions;
  3. Manage the entire recruitment process from initial application to onboarding, ensuring seamless candidate experiences;
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment, continuously refining recruitment strategies to improve outcomes;
  5. Utilize data analytics to measure recruitment performance and make informed decisions to optimize processes.
