We are seeking an experienced Route to Market Manager to lead the design, implementation and optimization of our organization's route-to-market strategies across all regions and channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure efficient, cost-effective product distribution and execution in traditional trade, modern trade, horeca, and direct-to-consumer channels.
- Maximize market penetration, product availability, and revenue growth.
- Master degree in Business Administration or Sales or related field (MBA preferred).
- +5 years of experience in RTM/Distribution Management, Sales Management in the FMCG or dairy sector.
- Strong understanding of distribution models in emerging and developed markets.
- Proficiency in data analytics, sales automation tools, and project management.
- Strategic and analytical thinking
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Excellent project and change management capabilities
- Deep commercial acumen and understanding of retail dynamics
- Results-driven with a customer-centric mindset
