We are seeking a skilled Training Operations Manager to oversee our training programs, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality content across the globe.
This key role will involve managing instructor recruitment and development, creating training plans, scheduling instructors, conducting courses, and maintaining course approvals.
The ideal candidate should have experience in at least two technology areas (database administration, system administration, application development, or networking) and a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in technology and/or operations. Additionally, they must possess excellent leadership skills with at least 3 years of team management experience and a strong network of technical experts.

Key Responsibilities- Instructor Recruiting and Management: Hire, develop, and manage a team of instructors who can deliver high-quality virtual training worldwide.
- Training Plans and Quality Metrics: Develop and implement training plans that ensure high-quality standards and improve quality metrics.
- Scheduling: Collaborate with the schedule manager to optimize instructor schedules, focusing on high-value and instructor time allocation.
- Course Approvals: Interface with regulatory compliance to manage course approvals and maintain quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in at least two technology areas: database administration, system administration, application development, or networking.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in technology and/or operations.
- At least 3 years of experience leading a team with demonstrable team development skills.
- Strong network of technical experts.
- Having a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification is a plus.
