Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for shippers and carriers throughout the load cycle.
  2. Maintain close relationships with commercial and fulfillment teams to ensure business targets and KPIs are met.
  3. Clearly understand individual accounts' needs to meet client service quality expectations.
  4. Review job orders from clients, ensuring all necessary data is obtained and job orders are created successfully on the loadboard.
  5. Coordinate job orders with relevant teams before execution.
  6. Follow up on load execution, updating shippers on shipment status and any delays or additional fees.
  7. Evaluate SLA compliance at every stage of execution.
  8. Provide accurate and complete information using the right methods and tools.
  9. Handle customer complaints, offer solutions, and escalate to Account Managers as needed.
