Senior Functional Consultant - Dynamics 365 SCM

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance consultant with a strong background in implementing and customizing D365 solutions. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of finance processes to effectively address client needs and optimize system functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document functional requirements from clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their business needs.
  • Configure and implement SCM modules in Dynamics 365 to align with business requirements.
  • Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, ensuring seamless project execution and timely delivery.
  • Perform quality assurance and testing to validate system functionality and ensure data integrity.
  • Deliver post-go-live support and training to users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Provide project scoping, estimation, and documentation, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 SCM, specifically AWMS and Landed Cost.
  • Ability to map and configure business requirements into D365, demonstrating a deep understanding of the platform.
  • Minimum three full-cycle ERP implementations, including at least one Grocery Business ERP project.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt to different team dynamics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Sure Step methodology, with a proven track record of successful implementation.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
  • Education: ACCA, CA, MBA, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 SCM implementation.
