Technical Expert in System and Network Administration

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex network, software, and hardware issues. They should be proficient in mobile responsive web development, PHP, and WordPress, as well as Java, including CSS, HTML, and JavaScript or JQuery.

  • Setup, test, administer, and troubleshoot LAN and WAN
  • Proficient in major networking vendors' equipment, including CISCO, Checkpoint, Watch Guard, Sonic WALL
  • Ability to set up entire IT infrastructure, including internet, perimeter security, backbone servers, remote access, printers, and other peripheral devices and desktops
  • Manage Windows 2000, 2003, 2008, 2012, XP, Vista, and Windows 7, 8, 10
  • Setup and Maintain Active Directory, Exchange, IIS, SharePoint, Print, SQL, and Asterisk Server
  • Proficient in major monitoring tools, such as Enable, LPI, and Kaseya
  • Design and implement websites from initial concept to finished deliverable
  • Create wireframes and mockups based on descriptions of business need using style guides and existing collateral
  • Build new landing page and website layouts, iteratively improving existing page design in HTML/CSS
  • Apply layouts to WordPress templates
  • Design and implement new features, enhancements, and content of existing websites
  • Excellent creative and proper writing skills with a strong understanding of SEO principles and digital content best practices
  • Web Content writing for email, landing pages, social media, and blogs
  • Ability to setup and troubleshoot handheld devices
  • Research and project management skills are essential
Job Requirements

The position requires an extremely technically proficient individual with exceptional time management skills to resolve incidents in a timely fashion.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Perfect spoken and written English
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Infrastructure, including Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, and File Servers
  • Proficiency in DNS, DHCP, IIS, Backup, Antivirus, Terminal Services, Citrix, and Windows Remote Desktop
  • Knowledge of UNIX, Red Hat, Fedora, Cent OS, Scripting, Secure FTP, and Server lockdown
  • Networking skills, including firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, helpdesk support, project management, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
  • WEB Development and Designing skills, including WordPress, Drupal, HTML, CSS, PHP, LAMP, ASP . net, JavaScript/VBScript, and web server configurations
