Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing test plans, scripts, and manual test execution.

The successful candidate must have strong Quality Assurance and Control concepts and be well-versed in all forms of testing. Experience with automated test platforms such as QTP/Selenium and familiarity with open-source test tools at unit and system test levels is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing technical team.
  • Plan and execute software development projects.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Implement and oversee robust QA processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

  • At least 2-4 years of hands-on testing experience, including writing and maintaining test plans, scripts, and manual test execution.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong collaboration experience with developers, preferably with a computing degree background.
  • Proficiency in automated test platforms such as QTP/Selenium and familiarity with open-source test tools at unit and system test levels.
