Human Resources Coordinator

Job Overview

This role involves providing exceptional HR support to ensure seamless communication and coordination across all HR functions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR principles, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate recruitment systems, adhering to safer recruitment practices and maintaining accurate records on all employees.
  • Provide timely and accurate HR reports as required by management.
Recruitment and Selection:
  • Administer all aspects of the recruitment process, including document preparation, scheduling interviews, drafting job adverts, tracking applications, and managing online campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with safer recruitment practices and relevant laws, overseeing pre-employment checks and conducting inductions for new hires.
  • Process contracts, offer letters, and other necessary documentation for new employees.
  • Organize probation meetings and ensure managers are informed of review schedules.
HR Database and Reporting:
  • Maintain the accuracy and currency of HR database information, including staff details, contractual amendments, leave records, and other pertinent data.
Administration:
  • Perform general administrative tasks for the HR department, such as answering phones, sorting mail, creating standard HR documents, and managing the HR inbox.
  • Oversee electronic and paper-based personnel files, ensuring timely filing and maintenance.
  • Update and maintain a comprehensive Procedures Manual for all HR-related duties.
