Job Opportunity: Proposal Manager

As a skilled and organized professional, you will play a crucial role in developing and submitting high-quality proposals to secure new business opportunities. You will work closely with the team to create proposal outlines and schedules, ensuring timely submission of proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective proposal strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with RFP criteria by reviewing and editing content, formatting, and length.
  • Edit text for consistency and readability, ensuring error-free and uniform tone throughout the bid.
  • Write, compile, and organize information from various sources to generate cohesive proposals.
  • Update spreadsheets weekly with new bids and results.
  • Compose executive summaries, cover letters, and other bid content.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
  • A motivated self-starter who can drive the proposal process from pre-RFP planning to delivery.
  • Analytical with exceptional attention to detail, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, handling multiple proposals and deadlines.
