Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process to ensure timely, organized, and comprehensive hiring procedures.
  • Develop and disseminate notices and advertisements for vacant positions.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate applicant participation.
  • Conduct thorough reference checks on potential candidates.
  • Establish and implement effective staff recruitment policies and procedures.
Staff Performance and Attendance Management
  • Supervise daily attendance records.
  • Analyze fluctuations in staff attendance and recommend solutions.
  • Monitor leave record maintenance.
  • Provide guidance on performance-related obstacles.
  • Advise on disciplinary actions.
Human Resource Manual Development
  • Oversee the design and implementation of the Human Resources Manual, including personnel management policies and procedures.
  • Promote a healthy work environment and provide support.
  • Offer advice and assistance on salary and benefits systems.
  • Research and monitor human resource systems within the community.
  • Explain personnel policy provisions.
Training and Development Opportunities
  • Identify and explore training opportunities.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop plans.
  • Organize staff training sessions, workshops, and activities.
  • Process employee requests for external training while adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with training professionals and consultants.
Job Specification

Recruitment, Employee Relations, Pay administration, Compensation & Benefits, Project management skills, Meeting objectives, Excellent communication skills, Experience working in target-driven environments, Time management, Team player.

Must have Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree from Lahore, Pakistan.
