Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role with a strong background in Human Resources Management
  • Familiarity with HR software including HRIS and ATS systems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure employee retention and turnover rates
