Automation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled automation professional to help us streamline and optimize our CRM, sales funnels, SaaS mode setup, and workflow automations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and optimizing automated workflows
  • Setting up triggers and integration points
  • Configuring SaaS mode and white-label solutions
  • Calendar, reputation, and integration management (Zapier, Make, webhooks)
  • AI integration for smart lead flows (optional but preferred)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with automation tools and platforms
  • Strong knowledge of workflow logic and optimization techniques
  • Ability to work independently & meet deadlines
  • Bonus: Knowledge of AI tools and API-based workflows

The role is part-time on-site in Karachi Division and entails managing and optimizing CRM systems using automation tools, designing and refining sales funnels, implementing AI and workflow integrations, and working with white label solutions. Daily tasks include developing and executing automation strategies, fine-tuning workflows, and collaborating with other team members to deliver top-notch solutions.

Qualifications include:

  • Automation and Workflow Management skills, especially with Go High Level
  • Funnel Building and Optimization experience
  • Proficiency in SaaS Mode & White Label solutions
  • AI Integration and Workflow Optimization skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Karachi Division
  • Experience in digital marketing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
