
Business Development Representative Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to drive sales growth.
About the Role:
- Leverage your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
- Utilize market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align on sales goals and strategies.
- Evaluate and prioritize leads, qualifying opportunities and making recommendations on resource allocation.
- Work closely with account executives to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads and optimize sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation: Identify potential customers through various methods such as research, social media, and networking.
- Outreach: Contact potential clients via cold calling, emails, or social media to introduce our products or services.
- Qualification: Assess whether leads meet the criteria to become valuable customers by asking targeted questions and gathering relevant information.
- Appointment setting: Schedule meetings or demos between qualified leads.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a startup environment, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and innovation.
- Knowledge of sales automation tools and platforms, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline sales processes.
- Ability to speak fluently in multiple languages, with a preference for proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms and analytics tools, with the ability to track and optimize sales performance.
