About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team and contribute to the company's continued success. As a key member of the HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through effective talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.

Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs and managing end-to-end recruitment processes. This will involve job postings, interviews, and hiring, as well as maintaining job postings on relevant platforms and coordinating orientation sessions for new employees.

You will also be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the company and understand company policies. Additionally, you will process documentation for newly hired employees, including background verifications and probation evaluations.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will address and resolve employee issues promptly, ensuring compliance with company policies. You will also support and implement employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, team-building activities, and feedback forms to maintain a positive workplace environment.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR situations. You will build strong relationships with employees and managers to develop consistent approaches to people management.

You will lead initiatives to foster employee wellbeing, engagement, and organizational culture. You will also assist in designing and implementing performance management systems, including goal setting and regular feedback sessions for employees.

Finally, you will conduct performance evaluations and work closely with managers to address performance issues constructively.
