New Business Opportunity Generator

We are seeking an experienced New Business Opportunity Generator to join our team at DotClick. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, promoting our digital solutions, negotiating contracts, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:- New Business Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
- Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with our marketing and design teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Service Delivery: Provide excellent customer service through Upwork and Bark platforms to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in B2B sales preferred.
- Upwork and Bark Knowledge: Strong understanding of Upwork and Bark lead generation platforms.
- Negotiation and Closing Skills: Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- CRM Software Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM software.
- Competitive Salary: Monthly salary range of Rs. 50,000-120,000 with additional market competitive commission structure.
- Transport Allowance: Rs. 20,000.
- Flexible Work Schedule: Flexible work schedule and remote work options available in emergencies.
