Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in fintech, banking, or remittance services.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and chat/call handling platforms.
  • Proficiency in English and one additional language (Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, Punjabi, or Pashto).
