Technical Cybersecurity Specialist

Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for conveying complex cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or Security+ are a plus.

About the Role:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose relevant cybersecurity solutions.
- Provide pre-sales technical support, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept presentations.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, solution briefs, and proposals to potential clients.
- Assist in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information) by providing technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to assess their cybersecurity posture and recommend suitable solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and threats to provide informed guidance to customers.
- Act as a bridge between the sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure the successful deployment of solutions.
- Support post-sales activities by providing customer training and resolving technical queries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
