Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to drive sales growth by promoting and selling our Security Operations Center (SOC) solutions to prospective clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in cybersecurity and SOC operations, combined with excellent communication and sales skills.

  • Identify and qualify leads for SOC solutions through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and technical evaluations of prospective clients to understand their cybersecurity requirements and challenges.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Educating clients on the features, capabilities, and benefits of our SOC solutions.
  • Developing and delivering compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team, SOC engineers, and other stakeholders to develop customized solutions and proposals.

This is a full-time position that requires:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in technical sales, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, SOC operations, and security technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Prior experience working in a SOC environment or familiarity with SOC operations is a plus. We also value technical certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar. Experience with CRM software and knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements are also beneficial.
