
Patient Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Medical Manager/Care Navigator who will play a key role in ensuring patients receive timely, empathetic, and high-quality support.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, supporting them with account registration and setup, imaging order management, prior authorization assistance, appointment scheduling and payments, exam preparation guidance, report collection and delivery, and escalating issues as needed.
- Manage a patient queue to ensure timely appointments and follow-ups.
- Match patients with appropriate imaging providers based on availability and needs.
- Deliver outstanding support through phone, email, and SMS with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proven success in a fast-paced, phone-based service environment.
- Detail-oriented, with strong time management and organizational skills.
