As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and help us drive our growth through effective lead generation, client engagement, and relationship building.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and outreach.
Cold Calling: Actively reach out to new prospects, introducing Digipex Solutions and its services.
Client Meetings: Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to present our offerings.
Sales Pitching: Create customized presentations and proposals based on client needs and market research.
Closing Sales: Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and securing long-term business relationships.
Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting progress to management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align on strategies and solutions.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and closing sales.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in sales (preferably in tech, software solutions, or marketing) is a plus.
