HR Executive

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will support all internal and external HR inquiries or requests, maintain employee records, and assist with recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain calendars of the HR management team.
  • Oversee compensation and benefit documentation.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Process payroll and resolve any errors.
  • Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Delegate HR tasks, set objectives for team members, track employee growth, and monitor daily performance.
  • Tax calculation on salaries.
  • Develop company policies and procedures that promote a healthy work environment.
  • Research staffing trends, establish systematic workflows, and recommend solutions to improve recruitment practices.
  • Liaise with employees and address their requests and grievances to ensure a safe workplace.
  • Guide senior management on compliance matters and demonstrate findings through virtual meetings and presentations.
  • Lead and coordinate onboarding for new hires, process probationary feedback, and manage employee evaluations and terminations.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
