Join a dynamic team as an Associate HR Business Partner and contribute to aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. In this pivotal role, you will foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations and support talent management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Improve work relationships and build morale by working closely with management and employees.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Develop and improve HR processes for promotions and transfers.
  • Identify training needs and provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.

As an Associate HR Business Partner, you will also participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs, follow up on training objectives, and conduct weekly meetings with business units. You will maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and reduce legal risks by ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience or internship in HR is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
