
Strategic HR Leader

Dedicated and forward-thinking HR professional with a proven track record in managing HR processes effectively. Key areas of expertise include talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and strategy development.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth and improve organizational efficiency
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
- Manage and improve employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Ensure compliance with local and federal HR regulations and best practices
- Administer and oversee compensation and benefits programs
- Handle conflict resolution effectively, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Manage payroll processes accurately and promptly
- Conduct and coordinate onboarding processes for new employees to ensure smooth transition
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to gauge effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs
- Provide guidance and support to department heads on HR-related issues and policies
- Maintain and update employee records accurately and confidentially
- Coordinate and conduct employee performance reviews and implement performance management systems
