**Job Opportunity: Strategic HR Partner**

As a seasoned professional in Human Resource Management, you will have the opportunity to drive organizational culture and promote employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle employee relations issues with tact and sensitivity.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement HR Strategies
  2. Ensure Compliance with Labor Laws and Regulations
  3. Manage Recruitment Process, Including Sourcing and Interviewing Candidates
  4. Administer Employee Benefits and Compensation Plans
  5. Develop and Implement Employee Training and Development Programs
  6. Handle Employee Relations and Performance Management Issues
  7. Manage HRIS and Maintain Employee Records
  8. Serve as a Strategic Partner to Business Leaders to Drive Organizational Culture and Promote Employee Engagement
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong Knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures

- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

- Ability to Handle Employee Relations Issues with Tact and Sensitivity
