Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Network Maintenance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the achievement and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), Mean Time To Resolve (MTTP), Customer Happiness Index (CHI), installation quality, team management, engagement, and conversion targets.

You will work towards reducing registered, repeated, and denied complaints. You will coordinate with agencies to protect our network during development activities and maintain exchange line stability using tools like Nokia Motive by identifying weak areas.

As a Network Maintenance Manager, you will execute preventive and corrective maintenance projects in line with quality assurance standards. You will ensure data accuracy, including GIS mapping, workforce, and subscriber mapping at different levels.

You will adhere to health and safety guidelines to secure our team, network, and associated assets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Telecom Engineering
  • Relevant experience in network maintenance and management
  • Knowledge of process automation and workflow management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Data analytics and reporting skills
  • Customer relationship management skills
