As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through direct communication and prompt issue resolution.
Job ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner. Your role will involve:
- Providing detailed information to customers regarding their processes and services;
- Communicating with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery;

- Leading and managing the processing department to improve and optimize current processes.
Key responsibilities include:
