Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner. Your role will involve:

  1. Providing detailed information to customers regarding their processes and services;
  2. Communicating with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery;
  3. Following up on customer interactions to provide feedback and enhance service quality;
  4. Leading and managing the processing department to improve and optimize current processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives;
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
