Product Support Specialist

About Us

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who likes ownership and is proactive to take on the role of founding member of our Product Support team.

  • You will serve as the first point of contact for product-related inquiries via chat, responding with empathy and efficiency.
  • You will document bug reports, review logs, and identify recurring issues; collaborate closely with Engineering to escalate and track resolution.
  • You will perform pre-release QA checks to ensure you are up-to-date.
  • You will own and update the knowledge base, including creating articles that simplify complex topics for customers.
  • You will create videos and communicate new feature releases to get users excited about new functionalities.
  • You will continuously refine support processes to optimize customer experiences and improve efficiency.
  • You will serve as the technical expert, training Success Managers on product features and common troubleshooting methods.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have 2-5 years of customer-facing experience in technical support or similar roles in a SaaS company.

  • You should be technical enough to extract information and analyze data using SQL in your day-to-day work.
  • You should have strong experience using support tools like Zendesk/Intercom.
  • You should be skilled at analyzing issues and collaborating with engineering teams to solve complex problems.
  • You should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • You should be enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced startup environment.
