This is an exciting opportunity for someone who likes ownership and is proactive to take on the role of founding member of our Product Support team.
- You will serve as the first point of contact for product-related inquiries via chat, responding with empathy and efficiency.
- You will document bug reports, review logs, and identify recurring issues; collaborate closely with Engineering to escalate and track resolution.
- You will perform pre-release QA checks to ensure you are up-to-date.
- You will own and update the knowledge base, including creating articles that simplify complex topics for customers.
- You will create videos and communicate new feature releases to get users excited about new functionalities.
- You will continuously refine support processes to optimize customer experiences and improve efficiency.
- You will serve as the technical expert, training Success Managers on product features and common troubleshooting methods.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have 2-5 years of customer-facing experience in technical support or similar roles in a SaaS company.
- You should be technical enough to extract information and analyze data using SQL in your day-to-day work.
- You should have strong experience using support tools like Zendesk/Intercom.
- You should be skilled at analyzing issues and collaborating with engineering teams to solve complex problems.
- You should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- You should be enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced startup environment.
