Job Summary

This role is responsible for maintaining all personnel records of faculty and non-faculty staff, as well as supporting various HR functions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Receiving, entering and processing mail
  • Processing HR transactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Tracking documents and resolving payroll queries
  • Organizing training activities and ensuring timely data collection
  • Preparing reports on school staff allowances
  • Reviewing and resolving pending issues
  • Following up with area offices on various matters
  • Performing other tasks assigned by the manager
  • Ensuring timely collection, verification and dispatch of employee documentation
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in data management and record-keeping
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
