  • Develop strategies to engage users across various platforms, including social media, forums, and partner channels.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in community relations management or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to create engaging technical content.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of web development frameworks, web hosting, and SaaS.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to building community engagement.
