Job Title: Sales and Customer Engagement Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Customer Engagement Professional to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales transactions and handle cash with precision and accuracy
  • Maintain product displays and assist in inventory management to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Record sales data and provide valuable insights on customer preferences to inform business decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven customer service and sales skills
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Experience in inventory management and maintaining product displays to create an attractive shopping environment
  • Ability to work on-site full time and meet the demands of a fast-paced sales environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
  • Previous experience in a retail or sales role is highly valued
  • Positive attitude, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
