We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Key Account Development Manager. This role is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of building long-lasting relationships with clients.
Job Description:- Develop and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with key clients to drive business growth and expand market share.
- Analyze client needs and identify opportunities for expansion and cross-selling.
- Create and implement targeted marketing strategies to engage with clients and promote products or services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and market trends to inform future business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
