Join IndusTrack, LLC.'s sales team as a Business Growth Specialist and help us drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in our CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of consistent and relevant experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) telesales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a plus.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Very strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Well-organized and structured working style.
- Great team player with irresistible enthusiasm.
- Superb English communication skills in both written and verbal (C1 level English).
- Consistent in previous employment.
- 40 hours work week, no work on Saturdays and Sundays.
