Job Opportunity

Join IndusTrack, LLC.'s sales team as a Business Growth Specialist and help us drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly sales quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of consistent and relevant experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) telesales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a plus.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Very strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Well-organized and structured working style.
  • Great team player with irresistible enthusiasm.
  • Superb English communication skills in both written and verbal (C1 level English).
  • Consistent in previous employment.
  • 40 hours work week, no work on Saturdays and Sundays.
