We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to spearhead our growth in the IT Managed Services sector. This dynamic role will focus on generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting our expansion into the market.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
- Engage in effective cold calling and outbound communication to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and aligning them with our services.
- Support clients in comprehending our Infrastructure & Managed Services (IMS) offerings.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and sales activities efficiently.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Prepare tailored sales proposals and presentations for client requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and enhance outreach.
- Achieve personal and team goals for lead generation and sales.
- Maintain knowledge of trends in the IT services industry to effectively communicate with clients.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, telemarketing, or sales.
- Experience in the IT services or consulting industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to effectively engage and build relationships with decision-makers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Willingsness to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
