The Role: As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, managing outreach campaigns, and supporting the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the business development and marketing teams to attract new leads and ensure a steady flow of opportunities for the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients across local and international markets.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, and other prospecting methods.
  • Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Develop targeted outreach strategies to nurture leads into potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with company goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance to optimize results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead generation platforms.
  • Strong communication and English writing skills (essential).
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
