Job Description
The DIRECTOR OF SALES AND STRATEGY will direct and oversee the sales operations, developing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. This role involves leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strategic partnerships. Additionally, the Director will collaborate across departments, focusing on product development, pricing, promotion, and customer satisfaction, establishing strong relationships with key customers, and driving the development and implementation of sales processes and best practices.

Required Skills/Abilities
This position requires management, supervisory, analytical, and organizational experience, as well as a strong understanding of sales team management, including incentive compensation systems and CRM tools. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent leadership experience in business development is necessary, along with at least 5 years of experience in sales management. A valid driver's license is also required. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of fiber and hosted phone systems.
