The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of work experience in FMCG companies and a postgraduate degree in business administration.
- Market Development: Develop new markets/accounts and ensure the addition of specialty wholesalers to increase revenue.
- Sales Strategies: Implement effective sales strategies to drive results and achieve sales targets.
- Account Management: Manage accounts effectively to maximize returns and minimize losses.
- Competitive Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with competitive information regarding new products and schemes to stay ahead.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize business processes.
- Team Development: Develop and train sales teams to enhance their skills and performance.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stockiest and trade partners to build strong relationships.
