Business Development Executive
Company OverviewPremier Group is a leading organization that values innovation and excellence.
Job Description- Maximize volume and revenue in key accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods.
- Develop sales strategies to maximize customer share of wallet through up-selling and cross-selling as appropriate.
- Establish daily, weekly, and monthly targets to focus the sales cycle.
- Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers.
- Represent Premier at exhibits and trade shows to promote products and strengthen channels.
- Collaborate continuously with the company to secure competitive pricing and better deals.
- Perform additional duties assigned by superiors or senior management as required.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, including at least one year in a team leader or sales supervisor role.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing from a reputable university.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Rapport-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
