Job Description
  • Maximize volume and revenue in key accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods.
  • Develop sales strategies to maximize customer share of wallet through up-selling and cross-selling as appropriate.
  • Establish daily, weekly, and monthly targets to focus the sales cycle.
  • Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers.
  • Represent Premier at exhibits and trade shows to promote products and strengthen channels.
  • Collaborate continuously with the company to secure competitive pricing and better deals.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by superiors or senior management as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, including at least one year in a team leader or sales supervisor role.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing from a reputable university.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Rapport-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
