To excel in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

Deep industry knowledge, being motivated, highly structured, and organized

Familiarity with our portfolio of solutions and products, as well as proficiency in MS Office

Strong account management and relationship-building skills

Reliability, responsibility, dependability, and a drive to exceed sales targets

Reasonable and sound judgment, ability to manage decision influencers and makers, and present and win business cases

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required. An MBA or advanced degree is advantageous. A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a related field is necessary. Candidates with additional years of sales experience in IT will have an edge.

Prior experience in Account Management or Territory Sales and a proven attitude are also desirable. Experience in managing major national accounts at head office level is highly valued.
