You will create high-impact, scalable training content that helps our sales teams understand and articulate complex AI-driven solutions, compliance requirements, and competitive differentiators in the SaaS space.
This is an opportunity to build the foundation of a scalable sales training program that enhances sales performance, improves product knowledge, and accelerates deal closures in global markets.
Job Description:As a Technical Content Developer, you will be responsible for developing sales enablement content, training modules, and technical documentation for sales teams.
You will also design role-based learning paths and collaborate with sales, product marketing, and compliance teams to align training materials with real-world customer use cases.
Additionally, you will manage and optimize training content within the LMS and iterate based on learner feedback.
Requirements:Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have:
- 3-5 years of experience in content development, instructional design, or sales enablement
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and SaaS go-to-market strategies
- Experience developing sales enablement content and technical documentation
- Basic familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools
- Ability to simplify technical product knowledge and industry regulations into easy-to-digest training content
