Job Title: Digital Experience Designer

This is a unique opportunity to excel as a skilled digital experience designer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of crafting user-friendly, visually appealing digital experiences for web and mobile applications.

The role requires a blend of creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of design principles, user psychology, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create modern, aesthetically pleasing, and responsive UI designs for web and mobile applications
  • Conduct user research, define user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to enhance usability
  • Develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff
  • Conduct A/B testing, analyze user behavior, and refine designs based on user feedback
  • Maintain and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency in UI components and brand identity

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
  • Ability to interpret business goals and user needs into compelling design solutions
  • Experience in designing for mobile-first and responsive web interfaces
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts (coding skills are a plus but not required)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
