Appointment Setter Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Appointment Setter.

This position involves engaging agents via exceptional communication skills and tonality. As a remote opportunity, you will work from home managing leads associated with hiring agents for brokerages.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a North American English accent and demonstrate strong communication skills. You will also need to be proficient in lead management related to agent hiring for brokerages and have a weekly goal of setting 10-12 appointments.

In addition, we are looking for someone with strong English proficiency, commitment to punctuality, and experience with creating social media content utilizing editing tools such as Canva. Experience and knowledge with the Toronto Real Estate Market is preferred.
