Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Atlassian professional to lead the development and maintenance of our Atlassian Cloud environment.

This role is ideal for an individual who combines technical expertise with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities will include designing and optimizing Jira workflows, custom fields, schemes, permissions, screens, and automation rules, as well as creating dashboards and reports to provide insights to management and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cloud Administration & Support:
    • Manage configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian Cloud products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket).
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, collaborating with other admins and internal support teams.
  • Customization & Optimization:
    • Design and optimize Jira workflows, custom fields, schemes, permissions, screens, and automation rules.
    • Create dashboards and reports to provide insights to management and teams.
    • Administer and optimize the usage of Jira Marketplace apps and add-ons such as Automation for Jira, ScriptRunner, Insight, Tempo, BigPicture, Zephyr, and others.
  • Integration & Development:
    • Develop and deploy integrations between Atlassian products and internal toolchains (e.g., Slack, Git, CRM systems, CI/CD tools).
    • Support automation of manual processes through scripting (e.g., Automation for Jira, REST API).
  • Expertise & Training:
    • Conduct training sessions for employees, new hires, and customers on Jira, Confluence, and best practices.
    • Mentor junior administrators and business analysts, fostering knowledge-sharing and professional growth.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert for teams transitioning to agile tools or customizing their Atlassian environments.
  • Innovation & Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with business development and proposal teams to design Atlassian-based solutions for clients.
    • Support proposal writing and contribute to technical sections in RFPs/RFQs involving Jira/JSM/Confluence.
    • Deliver live product demos to prospective clients and stakeholders showcasing features and value.
