As an HR professional, you will be responsible for managing and executing HR functions to support our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  2. Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and facilitate effective communication. Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  3. Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and development plans. Work closely with supervisors to address performance issues and implement improvement strategies.
  4. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Support career development initiatives to encourage continuous learning and growth.
  5. Employee Engagement: Organize and participate in employee engagement activities to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and implement improvement plans.
  6. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality standards. Prepare reports on HR metrics, such as turnover and attendance, for management review.
