Job Title: Country Manager - Human Resources

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Manager to lead our HR team in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations Management: Manage and control HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local laws and corporate direction.
  • Performance Management: Implement and enforce performance management processes, including developing/implementing systems to support it.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, disciplinary and grievance processes, and ensure timely completion of payroll and HR reports.
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Work with the central Recruitment team to ensure the right people are in place at the right time.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Ensure compliance with salary and grading structures, as well as other compensation and benefits requirements.
  • Staff Welfare and Counseling: Address staff welfare and counseling needs, resolve conflicts, and arrange training and monitor training data.
  • Records Management: Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date job descriptions.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor or above degree, major in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 8-11 years working experience in Human Resources function, with expertise in labor law and HR regulations.
  • Skillset: Fluency in written and spoken English, effective people management skills, discretion and integrity, attention to detail, and flexibility in working hours.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to lead a team, negotiation skills, project management skills/experience, generalist HR experience, advisory skills, and previous customer service industry experience.
