Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Litigation & Faxing Support Officer.
This role involves providing administrative support in the litigation process, including generating confirmation documents and maintaining records.
The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication and writing abilities, and prior experience in a similar role.
If currently studying, the candidate must provide a complete class schedule and exam details in advance.
Key Responsibilities- Generate confirmation documents for each case and upload them into the system.
- Maintain a master list of all agreements received, aligned with audit and accounts requirements for confirmation letters and payments.
- Prepare and share the Settlement Conversion Success Ratio Report with Collections Managers, Payment Redemption Unit, and higher management.
- Monitor all incoming documents in the DocuSign account and promptly notify relevant parties.
- MS Office proficiency
- Nitro software skills
