Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide administrative and operational support to our clients. As an Associate - Client Services, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client services in a virtual environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, handling email correspondence, and ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Assist in coordinating virtual meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, and preparing necessary materials.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet client deadlines and expectations.
  • Conduct research on diverse topics as assigned, providing relevant information to decision making.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer complaints, identify underlying issues, and recommend effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and offer price quotes to clients' customers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product and service offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with the following skills and qualifications:

  • A 4-Year Bachelor's degree is preferable. Preferably in Accounting & Finance/ Business Studies/ Economics/ Public Relations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Entry-level or minimal experience in client-facing roles, with a passion for sales.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to learn
