Senior Account Manager Job Summary

At IODIGITAL, we are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to manage client relationships and drive business growth. This role involves developing and executing campaigns that meet client objectives, while maintaining strong relationships and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute campaigns that meet client objectives.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring strong communication and rapport.
  • Present campaign ideas and budgets to clients, highlighting the value proposition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services or solutions.
  • Manage social media communities and moderation as assigned.
  • Write regular client reports on agreed distribution cycles.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including pre and post-production alignment.
  • Arrange and attend meetings, taking notes and sharing contact reports.
  • Assist in pitches with other agency colleagues to secure new business.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of account management experience.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and exceeding client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel locally and internationally.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
