New Business Growth Manager

Job Description:
As a New Business Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers, building relationships, and initiating the sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outreach to identify and engage with key decision-makers.
- Qualify leads to create a pipeline of potential customers.
- Generate interest and schedule demos with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate prospect data in the CRM.
- Implement a structured outreach process to optimize prospect engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team for a smooth transition from lead generation to Account Executive.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities and revenue generation.
Requirements:
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Knowledge of sales tools: Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, email marketing tools, cold calling tools.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
