We're seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving sustainable financial growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build strong relationships with clients to generate leads and close deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote the company's services
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure long-term relationships
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Bachelor's degree in computer sciences (BSCS/SE) or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software development processes
