About the Job

Our team is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill a full-time, permanent Admin Assistant position.

The selected candidate will provide administrative support to our procurement team by coordinating with suppliers, maintaining inventory records, and assisting with the procurement process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services from suppliers
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and update the procurement team on stock levels
  • Assist with the procurement process, including preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries
  • Communicate with internal teams to gather information and update on procurement status
  • Monitor procurement expenses and assist with budget management
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
  • Provide support to the procurement team as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred for advanced roles
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or procurement role, preferably with a focus on organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with procurement software
  • Knowledge of procurement procedures and regulations, with ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
